My Hobby Shop Review + Giveaway

Lily's Bio (Taken from her Etsy): My name is Lily. I am married to my high school sweetheart. We have three very active teenagers who love to play sports. We also have a miniature dachshund named Princess Olivia. You can check out pictures of her on my Flickr account. I work full time and I am currently working on obtaining my Bachelors & Masters degrees. I know I am crazy!

I love crocheting. In fact I am a little obsessed with yarn! After many years of leaving my yarn & projects laying around the house my hubby built me my very own workshop. Which I honestly don't use enough :-)

My mother taught me how to crochet when I was 13 and I have been doing it ever since. I even taught myself how to read and write patterns! I opened this shop with the hopes of selling some of my items. For years people have been telling me I should do it so here I am.

I am currently working with my daughter and sister. My daughter makes some of the eco-bracelets listed. My sister cross stitches everything that is cross stitched in my shop. Together we make a great team and are able to bring you quality handmade items.

The slippers came packaged very nicely. They were protected from damage and wrapped in cute paper with the My Hobby Shop logo printed right on it.

When I first saw the slippers I thought they were gorgous! I am absolutely in love with the color (purple is my favorite). The Quality of these slippers is phenomenal. The yarn is soft and they are very comfortable to wear. They also help keep my feet cozy and warm.

When I first got them, the slippers fit perfectly. I wore them for almost a full day (please ignore the 2 different colored socks in the above picture ;p). I noticed that as the day went on the slippers tended to fall off my ankles a little bit and I would have to ajust them. This happens because the yarn stretches the more you wear the slippers. So my only comlaint/suggestion is that I wish they were a little smaller when they were made so that as I wear them, they will not stetch out to the point of slipping off my ankles. Other than that, I really like them and will continue to wear them as often as I can!

Lily has offered to give one of you guys a pair of your very own slippers! Enter below on the rafflecopter!
